Benefit Co-chair: Heather Russell

Heather Russell is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at TransUnion, leading a team of 350 professionals across 33 countries. She oversees TransUnion’s Legal, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory and Government Affairs, ESG and Privacy functions. In addition to serving on ILAO’s Board, she serves on the Boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.

Benefit Co-chair: Jackie McLaughlin

Jackie McLaughlin is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of UL Solutions. Jackie leads UL Solution's Legal, Brand Integrity, Ethics and Investigations, Communications and Public Affairs teams where she upholds corporate integrity and compliance, and shapes public policy. Prior to Jackie's current position at UL, she was a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP. She now serves on ILAO Board.
