An Appellate Reply Brief is a response to the appellee's brief.
Can I use this form?
Use this form if you filed the appeal and want to respond to the other party's brief. The Appellant's Reply Brief must be filed within 14 days after the due date for Appellee's Brief.
What do I need first?
To use this form, you will need:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email,
- Your trial and appellate court case number,
- The contact information of the parties you sent the brief to,
- The record on appeal,
- The report of proceedings, and
- Legal authorities (cases and statutes) that support your argument.
