This program will help you prepare your documents. It will ask you questions and you will enter your answers. At the end of the program, you will get a completed set of court forms with instructions that you can save and print.
Form completion time: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
You will not be able to save your work in the middle of the program.
The interview and forms are in English.
To use this program, you or the person who needs a court interpreter must be a:
- Party in the case (a person who brings or defends a lawsuit),
- Person who brings or defends a case for a minor or an adult with a disability,
- Parent or guardian of a minor child who is a plaintiff, defendant, or victim,
- Parent or guardian of an adult with a disability who is a plaintiff, defendant, or victim,
- Witness,
- Victim in the case,
- Juror (sign language only), or
- Spectator (sign language only).
To complete this program, you will need to know the:
- Name and contact information of person who needs an interpreter,
- Name and contact information of person making request (if different),
- Role the person needing an interpreter has in the case,
- Language needed,
- County the court is in,
- Case number, and
- Court date and time when an interpreter is needed.
