This program helps you ask the court to make or change a parenting time (visitation) schedule. You can set specific parenting time or modify (change) parenting time. You can use this program if you are divorced or if you were never married to the child's other parent.
This program will help you prepare your documents. It will ask you questions and you will enter your answers. At the end of the program, you will get a completed set of court forms with instructions that you can save and print.
Form completion time: 25 minutes to 30 minutes

To use this program:
- You must already have an existing parenting time (visitation) order,
- You want to set a more specific parenting time schedule or change an existing parenting time schedule,
- You must not be involved in domestic violence charges, and
- You must have seen the child or children within the past year.
To complete this program, you will need to know:
- Why the current parenting time schedule no longer works for you,
- How you want to split regular parenting time, and
- How you want to split parenting time during vacations, holidays, and school breaks.

Yes, this is the correct form. You can use this form since you've seen the kids within the last year. He would not be able to use the form if he were requesting a change.
