- The new place you want to move to and how long you plan to stay there, and
- How the move will change your Parenting Plan (formerly the Joint Parenting Agreement).

Not unless you share equal parenting time. If you have the majority of the parenting time, your ex is not required to file a relocation form but their relocation is still an event that will allow for modifying the parenting plan. See our Changing parental responsibilities guide. Hope this helps!
