A form to sue for the return of your property wrongly being held by someone else.
To use this form, the following must be true:
- Your property is wrongly being held by someone else, and
- You want to sue for the return of your property.
To complete this program, you will need to know:
- The name and address of the person who has your property,
- Why the person who has your property does not have a right to keep it, and
- Why you have a right to have the property back.
