Check-ups and immunizations are free for most children enrolled in the All Kids program.
How much you pay for other services depends on which All Kids program your child is enrolled in. This program depends on your family’s income. The programs are:
- All Kids Assist,
- All Kids Share,
- All Kids Premium Levels, and
- All Kids Premium Levels 1-2.
In order to figure out which level you qualify for, look at the income guidelines.
All Kids Assist
For All Kids Assist, there are no premiums or co-payments.
All Kids Share
For All Kids Share, there are some costs for medical services, including:
- $3.90 for most medical services, including doctor and clinic visits,
- $0 for using the emergency room when the child does not have an emergency,
- $3.90 for hospital admission, and
- $2.00 for generic prescription drugs and $3.90 for name-brand prescription drugs.
There is a $100 maximum co-payment per family for services.
All Kids Premium Levels 1-2
For All Kids Premium Levels1-2, each family will be charged premiums and co-payments depending on the number of children in the family.
