Demonstrate courtesy, patience and good judgment under pressure. Client focus interviewing. • Excellent organizational skills, time management, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to juggle various demands. • Good computer skills and ability to learn a variety of applications. Experience with Microsoft Programs and case management system preferred.
